  • Co-Architect to the CEO
    (Business Development & Strategic Partnerships)
    You are not a support function. You are a strategic twin.
    You translate vision into traction, complexity into clarity, and architecture into alliances.
    You complement a founder who is visionary, technical, and not an MBA. You are.
    Must-haves: MBA or equivalent strategic education, experience in venture building, international partnerships, and enterprise growth.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Liechtenstein/Swiss corporate structures, exposure to AI governance, and experience in regulated industries.
    Certifications: PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP, or INSEAD/Harvard Executive Program.
    Location: Zug, Zürich, Singapore or remote with strategic presence.
  • AI Governance Architect (Senior/Lead)
    You design the logic that governs logic.
    You translate regulation into executable systems and embed ethics into runtime.
    Must-haves: Experience with AI policy frameworks (OECD, EU AI Act), LLM behaviour, and compliance automation.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with TrustLayer™, Digital Witness™, and Ethics Grid™.
    Certifications: Google Cloud AI, ISO/IEC 42001, or Stanford AI Governance.
    Technologies: Python, TypeScript, GraphQL, Open Policy Agent, LangChain, Azure Confidential Computing.
  • Zero-Trust Infrastructure Engineer
    You build systems that assume nothing and verify everything.
    Every request is authenticated. Every response is signed.
    Must-haves: Experience with IAM, PKI, mTLS, and distributed systems.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and confidential containers.
    Certifications: AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Modular Governance Designer
    You don’t write policies. You design protocols.
    You define roles, escalation paths, and jurisdictional logic.
    Must-haves: Experience with DAO frameworks, enterprise governance, and legal engineering.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Aragon, OpenGov, or enterprise-grade BPMN.
    Certifications: IAPP CIPP/E, TOGAF, or PMI Governance.
  • Strategic Visual Architect
    You don’t make slides. You design systems of meaning.
    Every diagram is a declaration. Every shape is a stance.
    Must-haves: Systems thinking, visual storytelling, and strategic communication.
    Nice-to-haves: Experience with Mermaid.js, D3.js, or Figma for systems.
    Certifications: IDEO Design Thinking, MIT Systems Design, or SAFe Architect.
  • Brand Systems Engineer
    You don’t do marketing. You engineer trust.
    Every identity is modular. Every interface is intentional.
    Must-haves: Experience in brand architecture, design systems, and cross-cultural scalability.
    Nice-to-haves: Experience with headless CMS, design tokens, and semantic branding.
    Certifications: UXQB, Google UX Design, or Interbrand Strategy.
  • Compliance Automation Engineer
    You don’t check boxes. You compile rules.
    Every audit is reproducible. Every regulation is executable.
    Must-haves: Experience in RegTech, legal informatics, and policy-as-code.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with OpenFGA, Rego, and GRC platforms.
    Certifications: IAPP CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or AWS Certified Security.
  • Federated Intelligence Engineer
    You don’t centralise. You orchestrate.
    You design systems that learn across boundaries.
    Must-haves: Experience with federated learning, privacy-preserving ML, and distributed inference.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Flower, TensorFlow Federated, or PySyft.
    Certifications: Google ML Engineer, NVIDIA Federated Learning, or MIT AI Ethics.
  • Ethical Compute Architect
    You embed values into runtime.
    Every cycle is accountable. Every output is traceable.
    Must-haves: Experience with secure enclaves, policy enforcement, and runtime integrity.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Intel SGX, AWS Nitro, or Wasm-based policy engines.
    Certifications: CSA STAR, ISO/IEC 27018, or Cybersecurity for Ethical Systems.
  • Operations & Resilience Strategist
    You don’t manage operations. You design for continuity.
    Every failure is a scenario. Every recovery is a principle.
    Must-haves: Experience in business continuity, systems resilience, and operational architecture.
    Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with chaos engineering, incident response, and SRE patterns.
    Certifications: ITIL Expert, AWS Disaster Recovery, or ISO 22301.
